generate pdf from specifc attributes on a registration form

Hi,
at the 11th hour my client has dropped a bomb after almost 70 hours worth of work and have said that when users register, they need to have the ability to print a certain section of the registration form off as a PDF file. This PDF will need to be styled also.
I recognise that the attributes of the form will have to be pulled across into the PDF, but I have trawled the web and have not found anything to help me get this done.
It's the last thing I need to do for this project, so appreciate any help or points in the right direction you can give me.
