Generate RSS feed from page list object

Hi all

I'm using a lot of page list objects (rather than blocks, because I need to be able to filter by custom attributes) to display lists. I'd like to be able to provide an RSS feed from the object, but unfortunately the methods for doing this seem only to apply to a page list block, not an object.

Anyone have any thoughts?

In the end I created a blank page list block template which outputs nothing but a commented RSS url which I can take and use elsewhere. Probably not the most efficient approach but it works.
