I have enabled advanced permissions and all is working great except for one problem. I am trying to set up access for a set pages to a certain group of users (board members) so that these users can edit the board-member pages. They are able to edit, but when attempting to add a file or image, the error is sent "Unable to access the file manager".

I found previous threads where other people ran into this and the solution was to set the permissions on the dashboard/file manager pages. I have done this but it is still not working. Attached is screenshot of the permissions I am setting for filemanager pages. Am I missing something? I've tried clearing the cache with no luck.
