Getting Autonav To Work With Bootstrap Dropdowns

I was wondering if anyone has a good autonav template that will work with Bootstrap dropdowns. I have tried a few of these (https://github.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=concrete5+autonav+boo... ), but I can't seem to get them to work.

Any ideas?
