Getting my site to respond correctly.

The homepage is basically done for monitor viewing, however when I'm in tablet or mobile mode, some things go a little nuts.
When in tablet mode the following happens:
- search bar switches positions from left to right
- the customer login drops below
- navigation doesn't stay in place (horizontally centered on grey area)
- logos don't get smaller
- social links don't seem to resize at all
- four info blocks just squeeze onto itself
When in Mobile:
- logo area near social links (below grey bar) don't respond
- social links don't respond/resize.
Does anyone know what is going on? I keep playing around with it but seems like I can't find a solution. Using the Hostco Bootstrap theme. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Contact Hostco in the themes support area. That is probably the best way to get an answer.
Will do. Been playing with stacks and this might be a good way for me to go.
