Gift Certificate Plugin

I recently took over a website which has an add-on by the name of Gift Certificate - 1.1. I can not seem to find this add-on on the Concrete5 site. The only close items were the E-commerce plugin.
The table in the database is called DiscoutCoupons, and the various scripts are called the same. But, the Discount Coupon plugin, according to the site, doesn't look anything like the plugin I have.
Could anyone confirm exactly what this add-on is, and where I can find docs for it? I need to determine whether I can go to 5.5 from 5.4.x.x.

I am now noticing the site I took over is quite behind on updates. I see there have been UI tweaks on the E-comm gift card plugin you mentioned. Perhaps this is why their screens are different than mine. I contacted the dev's to see if my screen matches anything in their version history.

Mainio has confirmed the add-on in the screenshot is *not* theirs. So, it must be something else...
Just FYI: most of the add-ons that developers do for clients never end up publicly available in the marketplace.
At least I don't find a reference to the add-on you're referring to from the marketplace, so I guess it might also be an add-on specifically developed for that client.
