set permissions on FileSets

Hi, I'm building a site for a small society with a few commissions. They want to give each commission access to the FileManager, but only to the files of there own commission. So they should not see files by other commissions.

Is it somehow possible to set Permissions on FileSets? So allow access for 1 group on 1 specific FileSet? Or is there an AddOn that will do the trick?
