Global db.xml?

Hi

I'd like to setup some databases for my application.
So far I've put them all in the db.xml for a block I wrote, but they're not really related to a particular block.

I haven't made a package - and probably won't.

So where can I put my 'global db.xml'?

Sure, create a config/site_db.xml.
Then go to dashboard -> Sitewide Settings -> debug and in the bottom right is a tick box to refresh any custom database tables held in that file.
