I am having a problem on a theme we purchased where the tabs (Home|Who We Are|Etc...) are being displaced by the Site Name or Logo. It's like the Global Scrapbook item is pushing the buttons (see two attached pictures, one the way it's supposed to be, the other, displaced tabs).

To be clear, this was working fine before. Adding a logo to the home page was did _not_ cause displacement of the tabs (so I know it works).

But I was having some quirkiness with C5, though, so I reinstalled it. After doing this, I lost the Global Scrapbook. So reading the forums I just:

* Created a new scrapbook named "Global Scrapbook"
* Added a block to the "Global Scrapbook", and name it "My_Site_Name".

From then on, adding a My_Site_Name item (either just text, or a .gif file) visually pushes the Tabs down on the home page. And it doesn't matter if I use "Content" (i.e. text) or "Image" as the block. The result is the same.

Just to be sure I:

* Deleted entire domain directory (including .htaccess file - everything)
* Deleted the MySQL database and created a new one (properly configured)
* Reinstalled C5 v.5.4.1.1 from scratch.
* Reinstalled my archive of the theme.

I did this process about 3 or 4 times, just to be sure. Everything is working properly, but this problem continues. I presume it has to do with the "Global Scrapbook" name, or how its formatted. But after spending literally 10 hours on this problem alone, I can't figure it out.

Any thoughts?
