Google Search Console: Redirect error

Google Search Console is reporting a redirect error on "/concrete/images" directory. When I go to the problem url that looks like this:https://www.example.com/concrete/images,... the browser shows me "too many redirects" message (see attached).
Does anyone know how to correct this so Google stops picking this up? I've noticed this on other C5 sites as well. Is this a C5 issue? Clearing cache and cookies doesn't seem to help.
