Greek_yougurt Modification

Hi Forum.
I want to make som changes on how the header looks in greek_yougurt.
I've created a new logo banner - but needing to move the Navigation menu down becarse its in the middle of the banner - where I Instead want it in the bottom of the Header-container.
I've tried to move - but cannot seem to find the "right" place for inserting the statements - where is the right places for these modifications?

You will want to copy the greek_yogurt directory from the /concrete/themes out to /themes and then make changes to the elements/header.php within that
clone the theme as instructed above. The header code which is what I think you need is in the elements folder of the theme. If you have a url I can have a look.
