Guest Book Modifcation

Hello wondering if any one has modified the guest book block to allow upload of an image (avtar) with the post to be displayed next to the comments? also when image is uploaded automaticly assign to a selected SET area. If so, could you pleae post? Really need quick.

Instead of doing this to the Guestbook, you can simply allow only registered users to add to the Guestbook and users can upload their Avatar in their profile.
