half of site shifting and covering top nav bar in IE7, 8 & 9 but OK in 10 ( and all other browsers)

I'm doing this site for a friend and it's been going OK, up until this point when looking at it in IE 7,8 &9 (but magically OK in 10). Everything below the header is shifting as one unit to the right about 50px and up about 40px. It's covering the main navigation bar - so it's not really usable to anyone. LOL!

Any one with any advice would be much appreciated. I have signed up for a http://www.saucelabs.com account to see part of what's happening, but since I'm on a Mac it's very frustrating to see exactly what I need to do.
