Hard coded nav paths screwed up

I have hardcoded an accordion menu for a client. My paths for the submenus are all correct. However, when I click one of the submenus then click another submenu of one of the other parent pages then that page (and all others) have picked up the first parent page I have click on. So error 404 turns up each time.

I have 2 addons on some of the pages: Pro Blog and Items Calendar.

Any ideas please?
