hardcode links to pages and blocks

Hi, very new to concrete 5 and loving it. Ditched all other CMS's. This is the best.

I've got a hardcoded section in my site, being called in from 'elements'.

I need to know how to (a) find the path for a link to a page (b) the format of the markup to use and also if possible how to link to a specific block on another page if possible?

Any help much appreciated.

many thanks

Do you mean page 'anchors'?

If you do then it's the same as other 'page anchor'

Please elaborate.

thanks for your reply.

Yes I mean "anchors" but specifically to a block.

So do I specify anchors for a block as usual ie name="", ? or is there any "concrete5" way of assigning the anchor to the block.

Also how do I find out the url/path of a page to put into the hardcoded section?

thanks again

So find the block, text, whatever has a name (you've named them)?

Choose which item and link to it?
