Has anyone integrated "Intercom" or another quick chat into a C5 site?

A customer has asked us about the possibility of integrating something like Intercomhttp://www.intercom.io into their (5.6 & below) C5 site.

Has anyone integrated this particular service?

If not, has anyone integrated a similar quick/online chat interface that we could potentially recommend?

(Sorry, I searched the marketplace for 'quick chat' and 'online chat', obviously I should have just searched for 'chat' ;-)

Of course if anyone HAS implemented Intercom, that would be good information to have too.
