Hi,
I've used concrete5 on 2 previous websites without any issues at all.
This time round I'm trying to install a theme and it barely even registers it. The thumbnail is missing and the decription and title don't show up. If I try and activate it like that then all I get is a page full of random code!
I've tried using themes that have successfully worked before, including Concrete's own themes which should work fine, but I get these same results every time.
Does anyone have any ideas?

how did you install the theme? through c5 or ftp? I might try upgrading your c5 site, or reinstalling it. I've never seen that though
Sorry to waste your time, it turns out it was the techie-guy's fault for not granting me full permissions on their web server...
