Header disappearing into the top

I'm working on designing a sitehttp://www.perssongroup.com/main
I can't figure out how to pull my header down so when I ad content it won't push things up and out of the browser.
For instance, at the moment of writing this you will see a lighter colored header box with the title "The Persson Group" in it. It is pushed up against the top, but not only that, my nav bar is actually ABOVE it, although it is no where to be seen.
I'm brand new to concrete5 (although I'm fairly experience in several other website builders), and for the life of me I cannot find this theme files anywhere! I have a completely empty themes folder in my root directory and then another themes folder under "concrete", but it only contains the originally included themes and NOT this one (this is Earthtones Water).
Oy vey... concrete5 seems so nice to control a lot of bigger stuff quickly, but I'm getting very frustrated not being able to control some of the easiest parts that I have no problem on when I built an html/js/php site from scratch...
Please help!
Thank you,
Kari

the theme files should be in root/packages/theme_name/themes/theme_name/
