Hello World Package?

Does anyone have something handy that they could post, or perhaps a link to another package that is available that is more basic?

I see the Hello World package that is downloadable, but I need something that uses a block, a page type, a model, etc.

I purchased the Calendar app, but something more basic would be better for me.

With this you can generate simple packages
