Help for building a full gallery theme

Hello everyone,
I am trying to build a new theme for my new website.
The theme is basically one big full screen gallery.
I want to build something like this:

This website it build using flash. But I would like to use jQuary or HTML5. Do any of you know a jQuery plugin or a concrete5 theme that does the job ?
