help making two uniquely functioning autonavs

I am very new to Concrete5 so I'm having difficulties phrasing this question but I'm hoping someone can get me pointed in the right direction.

I have a site that has two sets of navigation that share some links and exclude others, I'm hoping to get my site tree to look like this:

home
about us
services
sub page
sub page
location
news
contact us
member login

but there is a top nav and a side nav that look like this:

Top nav:
contact us | member login | news | services

side nav:
about us
services
sub page
sub page
location
news

How do I go about setting up these pages or autonav blocks so they will show up the way I need them to in the navigation?

I am using two navs on my current project you can check herehttp://www.intheframestudio.com/avi...

Attached is the sitemap I am using to achieve the nav's u see on the site.

for the side-bar the auto-nav settings i use is

Pages should appear in their sitemap order

Display pages beneath a particular page

I choose Sidebar Menu page.

Sub pages to display : display all

Sub-page levels : Display a custom amount and I choose 1 level

For the top menu it was display all
