Help, my IP has been banned by my own site

Permalink
I reset my password, got the message that it was successful but now when I attempt to login I get an error saying tht my IP has been banned. How do I fix this situation. I don't have another account on the website. Please give some help.

add this to application/config/concrete.php

<?php
return array(
    'security' => array(
        'ban' => array(
            'ip' => array(
                'enabled' => false
            )
        )
    )
);

I cant take credit for this... i had to rescue myself from the same situation and someone had posted this :)

Thanks, I am in the process of recovering now. I'll keep this bit in a safe place in case I ever need it again.

Thank you very much.

Leaving that 'false' reduces the security of your site. Its OK for a local test site, but I wouldn't leave it 'false' for a public site. Just leave it long enough to sort out our login.

I seem to remember reading about a white-list trick, but cant find it. It did the opposite of dashboard > system > permissions > IP Blacklist
