Help pls - Edit Bar is not going away after signout

Hi,

I've never encountered such situation when the edit bar at the top is not going away after sign out and it appears at the top of every page.

Also, I noticed the Dashboard button does not exist in the edit bar.

Please advise how I could fix this problem or what could be the cause.

I've had this issue in the past and I've discovered it's related to the cache settings in my browser, not anything in concrete5. I'd clear the cache in your setting and see if that addresses the issue.

As for not being able to see the "Dashboard" button -- that is most likely a permissions issue. Are you logged in as the superadmin? If not, are you sure that you have permissions to access the dashboard?

Thanks.. but I cleared my browser cache and it still has the same problem =(
