HELP! User cannot 'Reply' but start threads on Discussion Forums addon

So I've installed the addon properly, now the only problem is in permissions I presume, users cannot post a reply because of a 503- Page forbidden error! :O Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What should they have enabled to let them make replies? 'Write'? I don't thin so because then the can edit the entire page! Please help asap!
