Getting an error trying to install the gallery block.

Getting the same error when trying to install any add on block
Something must be down. I just had the same error on a local site and live.
I just went to my account on the concrete5.org site and grabbed an add-on there then associated it with the project, downloaded the archive and unzipped it into "packages" folder in the root of concrete. then installed from add functionality.
