Help with Header

I have just started my website, and very new to CSS, I have attached a screen shot with this question. Help me get rid of one row of the HOME SCHEDULE CONTACT US. I don't even know how I did that and cannot fix it. When I am editing, and preview my edits, it only shows one row. Thank you
Go in Edit mode and try to remove it once...
Does the double navigation appear on each site?
