in the dashboard is there any way I can point the help button to my e-mail so my clients can ask my for help instead of bug the c5 guys?

Take a look at this page:

I haven't tried it with an email but probably setting it as a mailto would work just fine.

Yea I found that too and it works just fine... It still brings up a javascript search so it doesn't actually go to my e-mail unless they click the button by the search input.
