Helper date/time french format

Hi,

I added an user attribute "birth date" (date/time) and turned it editable in profile.

I use internationalizsation addon.
I would like for FR users :
- They can see/save this attribute in french format (dd/mm/yyyy)
- Jquery Calendar in french language

Is there a way to do this ?
