I am building a website using Concrete5 and I would like to know, how I could copy the homepage under a different page. I have tried to drag and move the homepage onto a different page, but it won`t let me.

If you want a copy you can then edit, you probably need to do it the hard way.
If you just want an exact copy of text/content from the home page on another page, you could use the Parent Areas block or Global Areas block (not the same as a Global Area in a theme).
Bot these blocks are free in the marketplace.
