How big is yours?

Simple question that I need some advise on please. I am not technical and therefore appreciate some views? We are using Concrete 5 for our site and our developer is saying that our site is getting too big for Concrete 5? How many pages would a site need to be to outgrow Concrete 5? We have had a couple of issues with the site recently in terms of being able to edit and some corruption (not sure if this is user error)...... I am being fed a load of bull####. Look forward to any views :-)

The "You cant do big sites in Concrete5" myth, has been floating around for a while and is utter crap, the site you are on at the moment has about 200.000+ pages, yes you will be advised to have a proper server set up, as is the case with any CMS, but Concrete5 handles big well, show your client the enterprise pagehttp://goo.gl/ws7Stb

If JCP and Hewlett Packard are using it just fine, then us mere mortals should all be good :)

If your client is experiencing some specific problems, post them up on the forum there is bound to be someone who can crack it for you.

David

EDIT: sorry, where it says client, it should be developer.
