How can I create a form that exports content submitted in it to a new page?

This is very urgent so I'd love to hear from someone soon :)
So my website has a Directory. It's not feasible for me to manually receive entries and go about inputting the text, pictures etc on my own-too time consuming. Instead I'd like to know how I can configure a form to export content from say 'Field: Name' to 'block for name of seller'? How can I create this automation?
