How can I make a link to open in a framed window?

I am an absolute noob! How could my make a hyperlink to another website which opens winthin a top frame with my site name on it and the URL in the browser will be mine?
Any help is highly appreciated!

I did that, but the frame is smaller than the site so you have to scroll left to right. How can I make it wider?
