How do I add a floating social icon with Concrete5?

Hi everyone,
Very recently I came upon a floating social icon bar on the right side of this website:http://www.textcase.nl. I was wondering if I can also make such a thing using Concrete5.

There are several social icon addons in the marketplace. I think some are free.
When you have found a suitable add-on you need to add a fixed div to your templates to put the block in.

As the developer for Social Share, I would, of course, recommend it. :)
It has recently been updated for 5.5 to have configurable icons, but it does have the right (or left) floating bar available for both 5.4 and 5.5.
