How do I change $ to £ sterling in Salary Search

Hi All, I have purchased the Jobs Board add-on.
I am in the UK, how do I change $ to £ sterling in Salary Search, I have tried the attributes section from my dashboard but no option there to change the installed salary from $ to £....
Its a Drop down in the search block I have installed but where do I change that to show £ sterling instead of US Dollars, any help would be grateful many thanks.
P.S. A good how too would be great as i'm a bit of a novice...
