How do I Delete Core Blocks

Hi All,

We are trying to slim down the block options for our clients (they feel a tad option overwhelmed) when they add blocks.

I deleted the block directories we did not want in our instance but was met with this When I tried to get back into the site

Warning: require_once(C:\xampp\htdocs\demosite\concrete/blocks/slideshow/controller.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\demosite\concrete\core\libraries\loader.php on line 215
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'C:\xampp\htdocs\demosite\concrete/blocks/slideshow/controller.php' (include_path='C:/xampp/htdocs/demosite/libraries/3rdparty;C:\xampp\htdocs\demosite\concrete/libraries/3rdparty;.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\demosite\concrete\core\libraries\loader.php on line 215

Any ideas on what I did wrong and How I slim down the list of blocks my clients have access to?

First, I would re-upload the block directories that you removed.

Then, go to your dasbhoard, and under the "Stacks and Blocks" category, go to "Block Types". You should see a list of all installed block types. For the ones you wish to remove, simply click on that block type, and you will see a "remove" button. Press it, and the block will magically go away!

Hope this helps?
