How do i hide private info from search

Hi Guys! I have a site where people can register for services. I would like to make two categories "public" and "private" so the infos from the "private" category is hidden from the search engine. I have no clue as to where to start. Could someone kindly help me please?

Pick your page from the 'Sitemap', choose 'Properties', then 'Custom Attributes', then 'Navigation and Indexing'.

Choose to have included or not included.

Exclude From Nav
Exclude From Page List
Exclude From Search Index
Exclude From sitemap.xml
