How do I include title automatically in the email address

Hi

In Concrete5 I would like a user when he clicks on the websites email address to have the Subjsect line already filled out saying something like "Please tell me more about Whiteboards from your comapnt"

Is this possible to do with Concrete5?

I believe this is not a feature of the concrete5 core but you can make such links manually and just apply them to your links.

Here's a good tool to make that:

Just fill in the details, click on the "Create URL" button and then paste that link to the place where you want to add the mailto-link.
