how do I make this, and with which blocks?

for my website I want a page with a list of restaurants, hotels, and other stores, and with their score that I gave them. In addition I want them to automatically be labeled as "good, normal, or bad" depending on their score. The rating changes frequently, so it has to be automatic.
Sort of like the IF function like in excel, but I would like something more aesthetically pleasing than an excel sheet.

It sounds like you would need to create your own custom block linking to a database. In your database you could list all of your resturants with their rating. You could then list all of your resturants with their rating. You could then go further and using an id from the database for each resturant, create a single page that takes in an id variable through url encoding and grab the resturant by id in the database and display additional information.
There are a few different add-ons in the marketplace that would suit building a site like this!!
For instance, the "Page Ratings" add-on by RadiantWeb would suit nicely for taking the ratings. I would suggest adding Page List+ and Page List Thumbnail Views by SkyBlueSofa to add HEAVY out of the box page/attribute sorting and filtering with thumbnail capabilities!!
