How do we add a lightbox popup when a visitor arrives at the page?

We are a nonprofit organization with a Concrete5 website. Is there a pop-up add-on we can use so that visitors will be asked for a donation when they visit? We want to use this for a limited time during a fundraising campaign. All we need is the ability to have a pop-up with text and a button. Thanks for your help!
