How do you create a mainpage link?

How do you go about creating a main page link like as you see the words Home and About ect.. at the top of pages which link you to other pages?

Navigation Bars or Menus can be designed by you, modified from the "Auto-Nav" built into C5 (you select it when adding a block) or there are several very good looking ones in the marketplace that are very reasonably priced. They, of course, automatically list the new pages as you create them.
Was there a particular style you were looking for?
Are you using a pre-done theme or are you creating your own from scratch?
