How do you delete a DASHBOARD single page?

Hi,
I have created a single page that goes in the dashboard but i need to take it out now. How do you delete it?

Remove the single page file from your site via FTP. Then hot your Dashboard > Pages and Themes > Single Pages > {Your Single Page} > Refresh

Also you may be able to do this from the Sitemap. If the single page doesn't show up, try selecting "Show System Pages"

Try one of those.
