How do you move licenses purchased from the Market Place - e.g. from a client test site to the live client site?

Hi There,
We can't find an answer on this so sorry if it's obvious.
We've just purchased a license for an add-on and wan't to apply it to a test site we have running. Once we've sorted the CSS etc, we'd then like to transfer it to the client's website - how do you do this?
We can't find any options for the license - it looks like we'd have to by two for each client - is that correct?

when you move the site, go to the add functionality page again, and connect again with the same user info, it will automatically work.
Thanks for that - is it not tied to the site name though?
The test site and the live site are not named the same.

Its tied to the site tokens stored in the config table
