How I can delete the "index.php" from my URL?

Hi,
Guys...
I would like to delete "iindex.php?cID=1"
From my URL web site.
Please, somebody help me... I`m a begginer!

When you're logged in, this will always be visible.

When logged out, the index.php disappears when you've enabled 'pretty urls' (and the right code is placed in the htacces file).
