I would like to add the library phppdflib.class.php and use it in a custom block. I would assume that I would add it to the "outer" library directory (not the one under concrete), however what are the restraints on the naming conventions; can it be installed as is?

Also, once installed, how is it accessed?

And lastly, to save the great support people at Concrete5 from answering my question(s), what would be the best way to search/get an answer other than posting this question? My attempts in searching came up with topics that did not come close to getting the information.
