How to allow guest bloggers to make submissions?

Hi!

My website banks on guest bloggers submitting their content, and some how the idea of them uploading a word document doesn't seem as professional as them editing and writing it in a rich text editor, clicking submit. Then It waits to be approved by me.

How do I devise a neat, smooth system for guest post submissions, Given that I'd rather not give them access to the dashboard etc.

Thanks!

ProBlog has some of this functionality built in. In two ways actually. User blogs, where each user has their own profile page blog, and then User level blogging where all users share the same /problog_editor page with each user seeing only their own posts. The later you simply add a user to the "problog editor" user group. The former has no specific permissions system.
