How to create a page associated with a block

Hello,
I am new to concrete5 so need your guy's assistance.
I want to create a page associated with a block when someone clicks on "READ MORE" button in the block that page should open with detail view.
Can someone guide me?

the simplest way is to add a content block to your page and in the content block you add a link which can be to an external site or to a page in your website.
That page needs to be populated by Dynamic contents of that block item.
