How to create for the first time one Proyect Page

Hi! I'm new in Concrete5, and i like to use the Neat Theme. I create my account and sign in, then i go to "Themes" and found the Neat Theme, i click in for get it, and appears one message that said that i need have one PROYECT PAGE for use the theme.
I need to now how to do that, how create one proyect page?

To do that go tohttp://your_site_address/index.php/dashboard/extend/connect...
There connect with the username and password you use for your account here on concrete5.org
Once that's done it will create a project here on concrete5.org for you and provide you with a link to your project page.
Follow the link and once at the project page, you will have a list of licenses you have to themes and plugins and you can attach those licenses to your project. Once that's done you'll be able to install and update your plugins and themes right from your site's dashboard
