How to dashboard page in "already" installed package

I m developing one add-on, already added few dashboard single page, now need to add new single page. but it not automatically see, give me error
"Page not found".

So i have uninstall add-on then install, working fine.

But i thought its ugly way to uninstall and install every time even just for add signal page.

Any help for this??
