How to find the controller and view.

Hi,
I have been asked to make some changes to a form on a Concrete5 (Core Version - 8.3.0RC1) website.
Specifically I need to change the controller and view. However, I can't find them.
I am new to concrete so I need some help.
The page is listed in the Site Map and is viewable on the web.
But I don't see it in Single_Pages. Does that mean I can't change it?
