How to get Ten latest articles, tied into a list. Whether there is a corresponding module to do this. User can click one of the item to see the details.

you may be looking for the core "page list" block with a custom template.

If your Articles are displayed as pages then I would also recommend the Core Page List

You can filter to show only the page below your current page and then limit them by 10
